I've had these two domains for quite sometime, and I know that other people have had similar ideas... I've not had the time to continue development with my projects and would like to free the names up. If you'd like the domains you'll have to purchase both. I'll start the bidding at 5$ and have them purchasable right now as a set for 75$ (Both domains for 75!).

Not too sure I'd consider it black mail, I'm just saying he has a similar domain and may be interested. I'm not forcing him to buy anything and if you look at my purchase date it was before he even had his server up.

5. This is called cybersquatting, which can be highly illegal and lead to being sued for thousands of dollars. Not only this but you'd have to go to federal court. Do you think this is fair? No. The government doesn't think so.

If you are thinking about buying this domain I'd highly suggest against it, not because I want it but because buying it won't get you any dedicated players. The few players that do join will likely dislike your server because they will released that they have been cheated and taken advantage of.

I will be willing to pay $15 for this domain, the amount that this domain cost. If someone on this forum is as low as you and they want to buy this domain, hopefully this comment will stop that. Add 'teamaminoque' on skype if you're interested."

Wut? How does this have anything to do with his domain? This is a common idea that has been done atleast 10 times over. He's not the only person with the idea of a CoC server I had the idea, worked on the project for about 3 months and determined it not worth the time.

You seem to have either posted on the wrong post or didn't even read my post. If anything his domain was a rip off of mine, he's taken a shorten version of my TWO domains I've had for the last 4 months. For anyone else interested in being an asshole, keep your comments to your self. I'm not cyber squatting if I've had the domain longer than him... (He registered his domain a month ago, I registered mine 4 months ago)

Not to mention that nobody has a trademark in either case so it wouldn't be cyber squatting anyway.

I hadn't read the other thread. I see how it could be relevant but this situation is about the opposite of the BTDMC situation. I've had the domain longer than the other person and will not be using them... I'm not cyber squatting.

Just as a final comment, these domains are still for sale...
I've had them before the other CoC-MC server had theirs, and I was only trying to contact him and allow him to see it before it was sold so he could have the matching domains. I think that this topic was a bit heated due to the BTDMC thread being so recent. I didn't mean to poor salt into the wound, but the reality of all of this is I've owned my domains for months. I didn't just go and claim them.
