Experience:
I'm good at Minecraft in general, but I don't really excel at many
specific aspects of the game. I'd say I'm alright at building. I'm not
one of those builders that spend 20 hours on an awesome mansion, but my
work is alright . I'm good with interior design, and I can make a
house's inside look like a specific theme, or just fun.
I can learn a bit about coding plugins- I am a fast
learner. I am already familiar with WorldEdit, as I have spent lots of
time in Creative messing around and experimenting with //set, //undo,
//up and other similar commands. I also know about the GroupManager
plugin as well as WorldGuard and Essentials.
Why do you want to be a staff member on CraftyLex:The fact that I love to help new servers and take care of a lot of people on it. And that I tend to give more then I take. I'm also a very hard worker if you ever ask me to do something trust me it will get done. I'm not the type of person to blow something off unless I am just joking and playing around. I'm the type of person to be serious but joke around when the times right. I am ready for any challenge and this is the start of a new one. I respect each person I talk to and get to an understanding level with them I understand the problem first them jump to a solution and the solution is going to be whatever can help both or all parties the most.
Why you deserve to be a staff member on CraftyLex:Any time someone calls for me I will answer and attend to them as soon as I can. Hackers are apart of every server and come at any time if I see any hacker I will record and report on forums or to a higher member. If someone's spamming advertisements and thee is no mods online I will first mute then screenshot and show a higher ranked staff member.
How much time can u affort for the server each day: 3-4 Hours

Experience: As for my experience I have owned a couple servers (which have ultimately failed due to the lack of preparation) I have been a co-owner, a moderator, a helper you name it I've been a even developer which has let me to be familar with plugins and in game commands... So i would say I'm pretty good in the experience category.
Why do you want to be a staff member on CraftyLex: Because I enjoy being staff on servers and bringing what I can to the plate.. NO SERIOUSLY I truly do enjoy watching servers expand and expand to become a better server because I love being staff on huge servers.
Why you deserve to be a staff member on CraftyLex: Because I can bring multiple skills to the plate, I'm active, I have an ever expanding knowledge of plugins and commands, and I can moderate player in a totally fair and non-bias way.
How much time can u affort for the server each day:I can put forward up to 8 hours a day any day of the week since I am on summer break.

I'm not a great typer if you would like me to go into greater detail I would prefer a vocal interview for the position I assure you that you shouldn't deny it off the back, you could of just asked me to further explain what I can bring to the table.I'm 15, mature, laid back and chill, honest and trustworthy I mean what more could you want for staff? And It's not like I'm not experienced I know what I'm doing I don't wanna be staff just so I can "catch hackers" I want to be staff so I can a contributing force to your server, I'm volunteering precious time out of my day to reply to your forum post to work FOR FREE to a certain extent for your server! I think that deserves a skype interview.
