Creating a GeoPolitcal towny server and need a second owner

Hello, I am toucan. I’m looking for someone who is very passionate about Minecraft, and creating a server to come along with me to make a fairy fun and loving geopolitical towny server with me.

I want the server to be every player to player interactive server. I am going to remove all admin shops in the currency will be gold each gold ingot will be equal to one dollar. towns and nations and wars will be present. I want to even get some players to do newscasting, etc.

I’ve been planning some stuff out on a word document that the interested partner will be able to see as well.

Now, what am I looking for in a partner? I want someone that has a long-term mindset and someone that’s not just here for money I’m looking for someone who can put in around $200 and receive a 25% equity cut. I will match this investment.

Hosting -> 48$
Graphics -> 40$
Domains -> 10$
Tebex -> 12$
Advertising (including media) -> 200$
Setup and configs (partially done) -> 85$

Profit cuts (Paid Bi weekly)
25% - To Both owners (Me and said partner)
50% - Put back into server or saved for serve needs

obviously, we can talk more about cuts if the server is making more money than we need to put into it but for now, I really want to shovel more back into it to help grow and maybe even create a Network.

as for me, I’m 17. I’ve put in a lot of time in the Minecraft scene for management and server staffing but the past 2 to 3 years I’ve really been into ownership. I remember lying about my age at the age of 12 to get staff positions and gaining knowledge constantly seeing what works and what doesn’t. I love learning, taking on knowledge and creating community’s. I love Minecraft (and toucans). I hope my partner does to!

Equity as in profit in the server. Ownership is seaways a 50/50 thing to me. We’re partners in a hobby not a multi million dollar business. I like making everything fair
