Crypto wallet Idea

Hi,

Many of you do not know me, My name is H and I had the idea of creating a new crypto wallet with a unique twist.
The cryptocurrency gambling scene is taking off, most revenues of casinos have increased by 10x in this recent currency surge but what happens to the consumers?

Just like today's society in real life, there are addicts. There are plentiful of well runned applications such as Monzo bank that help limit these users. But what is there for cryptocurrency?

I was thinking of making a website which is a cryptocurrency wallet, which allows you to deposit funds into the existing wallets and set your own limits on withdrawals i.e , can only withdrawal 500$ a month but can deposit 10k$ a month.

How would the site make money?
Would be a pyramid scheme based on how long you held their currency for (very small) and a deposit fee onto the site depending on the size ranging from 2.5% to 0.025%.

Other applications?
This website would be great for holding cryptocurrency for those HODL's who are scared they will cash out too early and instead want to hold it for a specific date incase they get cold feet which a lot of investors nowadays do.

I have talked to several lawyers about this, the best place I would set this up is from a danish website provider as they have weaker laws on this particular thing until it gets built up further and despite being expensive has potential (which of course paying lawyers will tell you to make them richer).

Just wanted general feedback on the idea.

What would you replace? a flat fee across all deposits made? Just thought that to entice people to use it as a wallet with several thousand over a small deposit they would have less of a fee.

Will you please explain this further? It seems like you might have mixed phrases up. A pyramid scheme is when you pay an initial fee and then get paid back by recruiting new people and get a cut from their fee (and everything they make from recruiting). It's one of the most well-known scam methods and is illegal almost everwhere.

So turns out I completely mixed up my phrases. Apologies, I meant and will edit now, essentially for a 10-100$ deposit the site would take a 2.5% comission(ofc different based on days), then like 10k would be 0.1% and so on in between those brackets. Pyrimid schemes are illegal? I stopped reading there. Also what prevents someone from just doing this idea you've posted without you?

as the user above posted I missed phrases and didn't know how to edit. There is very few restrictions in terms of crypto and websites with laws, anyone who could copy coinbase/binance any large crypto based platform. It's just about the right marketing/design UI and other areas that would interest consumers.
