Cubed! is an in-game Minecraft convention for the community, showcasing booths, games and also livestreamed panels including Youtubers!
The convention is completely free to attend, as around the world there are a number of gaming conventions which many cannot attend because of flight costs, hotel costs and much more which is why we set up Cubed! to allow Minecraft fans to join from the comfort of their very own homes.
Since setting up in 2012 (under the name ‘Minecon Server Edition’) we’ve had many special guests connect to the event and join us on the livestream, such as JeromeASF, TheDiamondMinecart and AntVenom! Every year we prepare a whole new host of Youtubers and servers to talk to you about what they do, answer your questions and meet people around the venue, throughout the 3 days that we run the convention.
The convention is online overnight so that fans from any timezone around the world can connect and see exhibits. Whether it’s a Youtuber on our livestream giving tips on how to startup your channel, or a server owner showing off their unique games, Cubed! has a little bit of everything in the Minecraft community!
More information as well as tickets, can be found on our website: http://cubedcon.com
Below you can find further detail about the event, as well as information on sponsor packages available which can be purchased from our store: http://store.cubedcon.com
A variety of panels and interviews happen on the Main Stage, ranging from community spotlights to well known YouTubers, hosted by our livestreamers. These sessions are the focus of our livestream and feature questions around a chosen topic, also involving viewer participation so the Guest will have time set aside to answer your questions!
The topics covered will include YouTube, Twitch and Minecraft servers, walking through how to get started or grow what you already have! A timetable of the sessions we are running can be found on our website.
At Cubed! there are a large variety of booths that the community have built and will be exhibiting, which you can check out in our exhibition hall. These booths show off Minecraft servers, coders, Youtubers and more ranging from people just starting out to some with thousands of followers!
You can also check out halls, which are large exhibits put together by professional Minecraft build teams. In the exhibition hall there are 64 regular booths, 20 large booths and 6 halls. To apply for a free booth to advertise, fill in the application on our website.
Larger booths are available and can be purchased from the 'Booths' section of our store. These are 15x15x32 in size and are more noticeable around the event.
Sponsor booths are also available. These are placed in the middle of walkways around the venue making them more accessible and receive more visits than other booth types. These are 15x15x15 in size and can be purchased from the 'Sponsor' section of the store.
There are a large variety of sponsored mini-games running during the event, which can be joined through our Arcade. All of the games have been custom made by one of our sponsors uniquely for their server, and they have been shared with us for the few days of the event so that you can enjoy them!
The selection of games have included Colony Wars, The Syndicate Games, Spleef, The Survival Games and many more! All of the games can be joined from anywhere in the venue, and you can get priority access in the queue for any of them through our VIP packages.
Other than booths, further sponsorships available are for the Server, Livestream and Website.
