Custom computer

I'm not really looking to buy a computer on here, I'm just looking for some help.
I am looking to build a computer, with a budget of 1000$ but I have no experience with the parts of the computer.
What would be the best setup for a 1000$ budget?
Where should I get these parts?
I don't use skype anymore, so if you guys could please PM me on here or comment, it would be greatly appreciated

Also it depends where you live, down under pc parts cost al ot more than other places

Pretty sure there is a computer spreadsheet like website. Where you can choose your parts to finish the computer.
