Custom Enchant Plugin

Hello MCM!

I'm currently working on a Factions Server and currently in need for a simple custom enchants plugin. PM me prices, not looking to spend too much.

What I need:
* 3x3x3 and 5x5x5 Mining Pickaxes with FactionsUUID support (Infusion Picks)
* Speed 2 and 1 enchant for boots
* Fire Resistance 1 enchant for leggings
* Strength 1 and 2 Enchant for Chest plate
* Being able to customize the messages at will
* Be sure that there are no possible dupe glitches or other types of exploits
* Need the plugin to be able to support 1.8x versions of Spigot and Paper Spigot
* Need the plugin as a whole not to cause extreme memory usage on the server.
* Exclusive to myself only

Time Needed by:
I don't have a specified time needed but would love to have it soon.
