Custom Gamemode Network | Looking for Partners

Hello, I am jbitters some of you may know that I am a dev and for the last few months I have been working on a custom gamemode network which I have planned through extensively. All the gamemodes are 100% completely unique to the server. Today, I am looking for experienced people to help run this server and anyone who can build. I have a dedicated server which I plan on running this network on. I need for some builds to be done then we can open this server up. If we become partners, the profit will be split 50/50 every month.

What I am looking for?:
- Person who has skype
- Can build/develop plugins
- Person who connections(Youtubers)
- Easy to work with
- Very knowledgeable on running a server
- Prior experiences
