Custom Plugin perms help

hi, I had a custom plugin made for me and I wanted to find the permissions that I could give other players to do. For instance I have a supplydrop plugin and I want to give players the command to check up on the last spawn of drops which I have the command created. Which file and program would I use or open to find the permissions for that? I have contacted the owner and more but he seems to be gone ;/

If he did not give you permissions for the plugin, there probably aren't any.

The command works if you are op or have like all perms though :/

Hey just giving it a shot, would it be like {name of the plugin}.timer?

Maybe. I'm just testing randoms perms rn lol. If anyone knows where I could find it like opening a certain part of the plugin that would help.
