Custom Plugins for a Factions Server!

Hello McMarket! I am looking for a dev to develop a few custom plugins for my factions server. I am looking for a custom GUI shop plugin that allows you to select the amount of an item that you want to buy. Sort of like the shop plugin on Timelesspvp. I would also want there to be a command that allows the player to do /sell and a empty inventory pops up to sell their items. I know this is probably a bad description, so if you are up to the task of doing this, please msg me your skype name and we can talk more. I don't know what the price of this/other plugins would be, so if you are willing to negotiate on the price, that would be great! Thanks!
