Custom SkyBlock

Good Morning All,
Im currently looking for a custom skyblock build for me and my family to play on.
This is some of the things i would like in the build.

Sky block Map

Hypixel's - (Working Jump pads) The Barn, The Park, Desert Settlement, Coal Mine + Gold Mine + Deep Caverns (With Mobs + Working Elavator) All with respawning resouce's
Hypixel's - Gravetard, Spider Den, Arachne's Burrow, The End, Crimson Isle (With Mobs and Custom Drops)
Toolskin npc with my skins added (Would like the skins buyable with in game currecy)
Minions (I have the plugin id like used, Just need it working correctly)
Custom crates (I want the keys buy able through shop with mob coins)
Custom Fishing (Water, Ice, Lava)
Custom Enchant Books
Spawners that are stackable, Want the mobs/animals passive and stack

Cool Spawn Island with a Map Showing locations of everything
