Custom Spawn Build

Hey, lets start off by saying I'm UnluckyClutch and I am looking for a perm builder for my server. If you are just here for the spawn build that is fine to. I am currently working on a Prison server but I want the theme to be based around Post apocalyptic (to explain it better a world where humans have been extinct from for 100 years).

My conditions are:
- You must have a legitimate portfolio.
- Must be easy to communicate with.
- Be prepared to change things around in the build if i don't like it (does not include after complete build).
- Updates on the builds when i request it (so I know progress is getting done).
- Affordable
