Custom Splegg Server Development [UNIQUE]

Hi,
I have a pre existing community (10-50) wanting to play a gametype and be active on it. It's called splegg, a popular gametype on the hivemc. I myself am a top US player on the hivemc splegg, and I have quite the knowledge base of how the game works. However, I wanted to make something more custom that has an ELO system, 1v1s, leaderboards extras and more!

What I'm looking for?:
I'm looking for someone that is able to fund the servers.

I'm also looking for an active developer that is willing to develop this plugin.

Once again, this is a fun project that will attract many players. With my unique ideas and your development and or hosting, I can see much potential.
