Custom SwearToggle Plugin

Hi,

I have an up-and-coming network that my team and I are working very hard on to make sure that everyone has freedom while still keeping a friendly environment. One important aspect of this to us is swearing. There are many different views on swearing. Some people have no problem seeing it, while others think it is a dealbreaker for them if they do see swearing. To make it fair for everyone, we'd like a custom swear-toggle plugin.

Before you say anything, I know that there are other plugins that do this. But, take a closer look at those plugins. A lot of them censor the swear words by default, and there's no way for the player to toggle that. The plugin "SwearSwitch" can do this, but instead of censoring the swear word, it hides the entire message from players who have swearing off, which is bad if the person who sent the message had something important to say and happened to swear.

Here's basically what we're looking for:

• /swear on = swear words are left unfiltered
• /swear off = swear words are replaced by **** (default option, e.g. when someone joins for the first time swear words should be censored); if you could change the number of *s to match the number of letters in the swear word it would be a nice feature, but it's not an important feature so don't stress about doing that if you can't or don't want to
• Do not censor the word if someone says "assume" or "asset" because it has a swear word in it! SwearSwitch does this and it's very annoying! Make sure the plugin can distinguish if someone is swearing or if they're just saying a normal word.
• If someone swears, do not display any message to anyone, including the person who sent it. Simply censor the word for the people who have swear toggled off.

And that's it!

I do not have a set price in mind for this plugin, but I'd be happy to discuss it with anyone who is interested in making this plugin for us.

You may give yourself credit in the plugin, and we will make sure to give you a special recognition on the server for making the plugin for us, but we will not give away any donor ranks or other ranks of any kind; the only things you get are the money and the recognition. Also, please do not make your own credit large. Do not say it was created by you every time somebody runs a command. You may add a small message that is displayed along the MOTD when someone joins if you'd like, but just know that we will be doing most of the special recognition for you.

This is an important step that we are taking to distinguish ourselves from other servers, and if anybody would be interested in making this plugin for us, it would be much appreciated!
