All of these servers are protected by these terms of use, and by purchasing, you agree to these terms, as well as the warranty included in it.

Spoiler: Terms of Use

The term "lifetime" as used in the plan(s) price(s) means the lifetime of the shop (DarkestCodes' VPS Shop). Lifetime does NOT mean your entire life. The servers (Sold by DarkestCodes) come with the following warranty: This warranty lasts for 30 days. If the server expires before that, you may be compensated with either a new server, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on how you paid, what plan you paid for, and what my current balance is in the currency you paid for. You also understand that if you violate in any way the Terms of Use, your VPS will be deleted, and your files deleted as well. This is the entire warranty. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you agree that you will not chargeback, you will not host any illegal content on the server including but not limited to DoS/DDoS software, cracking software, hacking software, and/or child pornography. You also are not allowed to host any resource intensive software including but not limited to coin miners. DarkestCodes' has to right to terminate any VPS at any time without prior notification and can change plan prices for all customers at any time, whether or not you received a certain sale or discount. DarkestCodes' also has the right to change these Terms of Use without notification. You also acknowledge all VPSes sold are unmanaged, so DarkestCodes' will NOT help you with any questions regarding software.
