Database Issues (PLEASE HELP)

So I'm not to good with Databases and I got this gamemode that I need help setting up the guy gave me no info on this but I have a server and all paid for but when I look in MySQL The database has no information in the tables themselves it auto fills the table names but the data won't. PLEASE HELP!

Just some extra info:

The database is needed to play

Error in Console

25.12 07:01:32 [Server] INFO Disconnecting net.minecraft.util.com.mojang.authlib.GameProfile@17ad96a4[id=dcd80d17-3803-4709-a25d-f8c99e328c9c,name=Run2Die,properties={textures=[net.minecraft.util.com.mojang.authlib.properties.Property@366af5]},legacy=false] (/IP): Failed to LOAD player data from database.

How did you create the DB? Was it a file? Also, put a screenshot of the DB here (you can use http://i.christophermoore.website if you need).
