That shouldn't be hard to achieve but it would be more like 16, 32 or 64 GB in the i7-7700k. Also keep in mind OVH has them for $118/month with 64GB and that is considered a low cost for that type of build. Any provider offering cheaper than $118 you might wanna hop on it.
