Hi. As for me, Xeon E5 is the best option, so try looking for an exact or similar CPU. As for the dedicated server that meets your requirements, I've heard good things about HostKey. They have both Intel and AMD CPUs, so I think you'll find something that suits you the most there. I know the thread is a bit old, but I still wanted to help in case you still need the info.
