I've not changed the topic. I didn't forget to include a lot of information. You guys suck ass at handling billing problems and then don't take responsibility for it. You then realise the client won't be staying with you, and limit their network until you're publicly called out again (http://www.mc-market.org/threads/148341/page-2#post-1596329).

I don't see why you try turning everything into an argument. I was posting my experience with you. That's my perspective.

Which showed that the issue was not in fact breaking any laws like you mentioned, was ALREADY resolved promptly and professionally, and that you came here to do nothing but post about something that's completely unrelated to this thread. When I called you out on it, you pretty much pulled a teenager move by doing "well well WHAT ABOUT THIS AND WHAT ABOUT THAT".

You tend to see the world the way you believe it should be run versus real world facts. Then you go and take that irresponsibility and attempt to cause damage where you should just walk away and maybe understand that not everything works like you think it does.

You did not recieve a deciptive email, it was not "materially false or misleading," and honestly, it could easily be argued that it was a personal message as it was directed only at you, and clearly tailored to you from a single person in the company. Its clear you have a grudge with RSNet, and props to you, but it just makes you look like a terrible company yourself to attack another on their thread and try to continually provoke an arguement with vague legal threats.
