i have a server by them and while it doesnt quite fit what i need right now (i may be in over my head with it) they had very fast setup for the instant servers and fast support. so i would recommend
you cant cut out the middleman and overpriced "dedicated" servers by going with a direct host and installing the mine craft servers yourself.

When I used them a while ago, their support sucked. Additionally, I keep on receiving unsolicited spam from them with no option to opt out. (This is illegal by the way, you should read up on CAN-SPAM).
