Delete everything from a ban evader

If someone ban evades, remove all their posts.

Even if someone is caught ban evading, it is potentially possible that they have hundreds, if not thousands, of posts already on MC-Market. Even if they don't, the impact of removing their posts is the same as removing any member's, banned or not (which I won't go into but if you search Denied Suggestions you'll see a myriad of reasons/impacts).

In the case that someone is appealing their existing ban on an alternate account, we have a rule that says they cannot make posts outside of the place they're appealing; same goes for scam reports. In this case, if they have few enough posts (and they usually do), they will be removed.

It's simply unnecessary to purge a user's posts and it does more harm than good, regardless of account state.

Whether ban evader, scammer, or what not. Their posts on this community had value/weight. Removing them could cause some larger scale thread/post damage.
