Previous Experience: I've been apart of many diffrent staff teams across a line of 3 years. Most of which include small servers that skype friends have hosted, And some have been on some bigger 20+ player servers. Honestly my best placement in a staff team would be mod Or helper, But admin would be a bit out of my comfort zone and I'm not reall the best at those kinds of roles. I mentioned that I was staff on some bigger servers. One of which was owned by a Youtuber called 'ApprovedMC'. At first I was helper then I was promoted to mod then to admin. As me being a admin at that time I was unsure of what I could do. Being the only server admin out of 20+ people I was bored most of the time. After some days of being admin I made a suggestion to the higher staff members stating that we should make the server Bungee. This did happen, however the server staff soon found out that the owner ApprovedMC (1K subs) was very abusive and everyone soon left. ( I also did). I have some experience with bungee and with plugins. I do not want to be a admin or higher, but if you need more people to be higher staff I do not mind doing so.
Skills: So at my current age I have some good skills and some very useless skills. I have only one but powerful skill. I know some coding for plugin development. I have alot of home projects that have alot of coding based tasks. Next skill is I am good with plugins :3.

Previous Experience (Detail):
VelocityMc- A server where I was helper, for around 2 months with a player base of around 3-400 at the time. My job role included calming chat, and everything illegal that happens in chat. Catching hackers and helping people in teamspeak, in this position I couldn't really do much, but I was there kind of, go to screensharer, if they were pretty certain someone was hacking and couldn't find anything in the ss, they would call on me, to check if they missed anything and find whatever the hacker is using.
KPVP- By far my best staff experience, from helper to owner in about 3 months on one of the biggest kit pvp servers of its time, peaking around 400 players. I, with hard work and dedication, worked my way from helper to owner, it wasn't easy, it was a lot of late nights, and stressfull days. Helping with nearly everything, the main owner was very rarely online, which is why I was promoted from head admin to owner as he needed someone to takeover the server 80% of the time. In this role I did literally everything you can think of staff wise, and I did it pretty well.
Para- Not a big one, I was staff for around 3weeks made it to mod, and had to quit due too a very long vacation. This is a simple role of moderator on a hcf server, where I did the obvious catch hackers, solve problems in ts, fixed the chat.
TropicalHCF- Another hcf, very hyped up, big sotw, did the same old hcf stuff, catched hackers, helped find bugs. Died within a week, then the owner connah just abandoned the server and left it for dead. I did though find this enjoyable as the staff team was all chill and got a long.
Skills (Strengths): Screen sharing and defusing situations, there has been many situations where ive had to defuse some pretty rowdy people getting real mad and such due to insiders, hackers and so on, I also class myself a pretty decent screen sharer, obviously not the best but I can pretty much find a client if you're using it, I also don't know if you're looking but, I am a pretty experienced staff manager, and know when someone's due a promotion and demotion pretty well.

Skills (Strengths) I am very helpful in managing the community and overall good in serving the players and helping them with whatever they need help with. I am very experienced and good at managing a large player base and i am very good at handling certain situations when necessary, i have a strong personality as well which to me is a huge strength as presenting yourself to the community in a positive way will gain a good reputation and the players will feel comfortable while they talk to you. I am experienced in screen sharing and know what needs to be done when someone looks suspicious and possibly breaking the rules. I am understanding of players and when a situation gets to hostile i can handle it well and leave knowing the situation was handled appropriately.
