A market to sell goods . Must go out 100 blocks out of spawn to build your base. Custom Enchants ( Example: LifeSteal, etc). Dungeons, that have loot that will respawn everyday and the loot will randomize with custom armor and tools. Custom Mob Bosses. 1 mob boss for every dungeon- must kill the mob boss before gaining access to the loot chest. Quests, there will be a citizen that you can talk to where it will tell you to lets say get 64 iron ingots in return for 2000k. Then go up to the citizen and right click him to earn your money . Buycommands, where you can do lets say /command and it will pop up a gui and you have to pay money for commands ( /Back , /Home , /Nuke , /KittyCannon, /Jump , etc most commands that aren’t cheating ( common sense ).

You can use Mythical Mobs for the Dungeon bosses (it is on bukkit), You can use iConomy and vault (or essentials and vault) for an economy, you can have chests respawn easily, shouldn't be hard enough to do with a little search on bukkit and spigot. Custom Armor and tools are most likely on bukkit as well. Anti cheat you can use NoCheatPlus and buy a good config for it to block false-positives.
