Just a note:
That spawn is world downloaded or something, I saw it on a server called hubparadise (had about 100-200 players I believe) some time ago, if you search up hubparadise on youtube you will see it's the same spawn (if the op has a reasonable response to lying about this I'll remove this message) Also, I don't get why you're expecting so much for this server, the spawn doesn't fit the name arrowmc at all, doesn't have a decent sized community, the domain isn't so good either, a .co and lastly it doesn't have art? unless the op just decided to not post it (if that's the case I'll remove this part of the message as well).

Yes, this spawn was used for hub paradise once but since never been used.
