DeluxeChat Setup (Paid)

Hi,

I am YourPanda (Yes, I am YOUR PANDA!) anyways, I am looking for someone to setup DeluxeChat for me. And, if possible I would like when you hover over someones name for it to look like this:

NOTE: I want the colors to be &c and &7, and I do not want it to have the {Nick_Name} part, nor do I want the tokens part, as our token plugin is custom. (As for the rest, it should work.)
- Level - (Blocks Broken)
- Balance - I want it formatted so it looks like this: 300k, 1mill, 1quad etc.

So, for the colors, i would like it to be like this:
&c&lUsername: &7YourPanda
&c&lBalance: &7500k
&c&lLevel: &75,000
&c&lRank: {Make it so that it looks like the rank would in game, so I assume the placeholder would be something like {ezrankspro_currentrank_formated} <-- That is not the placeholder, just an example of what it would probably be like.
&c&lPrestige: {Make it look like the prestige would in game. ^^^^^^^^
&c&lSell Multiplier: &7{Multiplier}

Also, I would like if the chat format can be as followed:

[Prestige] | [Rankup_Rank] | [Donor/Staff_Rank] | (Player_Name) (Area for a suffix Tag) »
With Tag - | [A] | [Owner] | YourPanda [GG] » Hey, this is just an example!
Without Tag - | [A] | [Owner] | YourPanda » Hey, this is just an example!

If you feel that without the "|" would look better, then you are more than welcome to do that. Anyhow, That is how I would like the chat to look, when it is all formatted etc.
