Don't you have any more detail about the requirement for this position? I mean, what kind of plugin are you expecting from your future dev? Would it be possible to have bracket for the hour rate/pay per plugin?

As a dev myself, I want these kind of info before having to contact the guy. Contacting people is, in my opinion, pretty anoying as I don't want to waste my time talking about something I know I won't stick on.
