Hello everyone, I am a new member of Mc-Market and I am in need of developers and such.

I am posting this thread simply because I have been looking too much today for dev's and it is starting to overwhelm me so hopefully that one person comes to see that this is for him/her.

This is a paid job and I will give them all access to the server once they have been questioned, etc.

45% donation profit towards plugins (DEVELOPERS PROFIT)

55% towards me which then goes towards the server until I am able to get things sorted out.

"I cannot guarantee the profit for the partner but i can guarantee that if the developer that Is willing to help his/her self and also help me would totally make the server successful therefore giving the server an a chance at success."

I will invest money, however rushing me will not be a solution. Please read this and give it some time to make sense as I need help and this is just a hard message to get across this Forum.

That would only be true if the server makes a profit, most servers shut down within a month of release.

that wont happen with mine buddy. I have my own personal preferences, I keep my server up for a max of 6 months if it doesnt go anywhere, thus giving me opportunity to see if it improves... so out of the majority of people I would believe what you say, but towards me; no that is completely false if you're implying that "I will shut down my own server within a month of release"

You should "dip" into your personal balance from the off. No experienced and professional developer will risk their valued time with no guarantee with money. Most new servers aim to make money. Well, you must know most servers only start making profitable money when they exceed 50 > average players. To add, with all the EULA implementations profits from servers are on the decline, meaning your "guaranteed money" is jus' a dream. I'll leave you with that.

not much of a dream dude, its already coming a present day outcome so I don't quite understand all of what you're saying, but I do agree in some aspects, but I will update you with improvements if you think that my server is going to be a complete waste of time and though process.
