Developers needed HCF server

Hey,

My name is Niek and I am starting up a new Hardcore Factions server.
I am trying to get as much custom plugins as possible to get the best player experience.
So what I need : Developers and Builders.
I can get a good friend online who can build but I dont really know a Developer and as I dont have money to spend on every single plugin this is a big problem. So I am looking for a Developer who can do it for free.
I wont have any time limits or anything I dont put allot of pressure I would just like some custom plugins.
