I have recently got a server in which We haven't called it and downloaded some basic plugins. I am the Main owner and the Owner who pays for the hosting ign is Xmattra!
We are looking to open in 1-3 months. We want to fully handle everything and be prepared.
We are looking for people with a large criteria!
This server will be Mini-Games (Custom)
DEVELOPERS:
Developers would need to be able to create CUSTOM plugins for new games with fitted descriptions. They also need to be able to work 2-5 hours Per day. (Exceptions on School days)
Developers need to be 15 or older. As I know some younger people with high developing skills want this job. They may not be able to handle stress ETC.
At first, We do not want to Pay our Developers. Developers however at first will gain a lot of experience (If you want to move on to larger servers) Or If you stick around Each Dev will be paid 5% of the Donations we get. You may think this is small however, we are putting our money towards Advertising when it is released.
Event Planner/Helps with Forums:
Again the Age limit is 15. Due to the reasons above.
An Event Planner will be in charge of small things in game. We will not be doing any DROP parties or GIVEAWAYS when it is released. However they could help with Things such as TS Hosting to make player's experiences better.
The helpers on the Forums would be in charge of making Guides,Tip Guides etc.
This is a basic job which can be filled out by most people as you can do it even at school!
Builders:
We will be building. Unique hand structures Such as HUBS, Minigame maps, And Custom hand structures for unique purposes.
If you are applying to be a BUILDER you will need to show a portfolio and proof you have them. This will be a very high standard.
We already have 2 builders who are willing to work in which are EX-Hypixel Build Team staff Members! Both left Due to Stress!
Investors:
The server will be needing investors to keep it alive as well as people Donating.
Why should you Invest in a Mini Game server?
Well, We will have unique games with a lot of our money being put into advertising. So unique visitors will not be an issue.
We are not giving back any more yet.
This is what It will gain you!
From $10-50 you will gain an "Investor" Rank in which people will see you help out.
You will also gain bonus coins when you first join. (We will have a Converter).
From $50-100 you will gain an "Investor+" Rank in which people can see you a large support of financial help and give you respect (as well as any other player)
This will also gain you twice as money bonus coins but also get to compete in early events in which you can read about below!
Anything above $100 will give you an "SeniorInvestor" Rank. This is the Highest rank that their will be for investors. This will make sure you are on all the EVENT List, You will also be able to Compete in events worth $$$ for free!
Events we have planned!
Every Month at the END. We will be having a PVP Tournament. This will consist of teams of 3 (Could be friends) Who pay £5 betweeen the team to enter. This will consist of 10(Haven't decided) Teams. This will consist of highly trained. We will stream/Record for youtube this event in which we want to gain popularity. Senior Investors will Have first chances to enter this with their friends.(Friends have to pay).
At the end the winner will get Either a £40 coupon code for the shop "1 per person" Or... They will get £40 worth of in game coins of the game they desire!

If you have any ideas for custom mini-Games. I will allow people to be White-listed if they give me a good feature.
