Devil Fruit Plugin // One Piece

Hello, I want to know how much would this plugin cost? Basically you have different custom made fruit's called devil fruits with their own texture pack and when you eat one you get like unlimited potion effects, however you can't swim so when you go in water you drown. Well this can be made into a plugin and will obviously cost money, but you can search up free One Piece mods if you want.
