Diagonal portals?

I am building a spawn and iam planning on putting in diagonal portals, does the usual water-type portal support this type of structure?

Awesome, thanks very much Blake. I was not even aware that water / netherportal portals were the same plugin, and it appears I can do a diagonal one no problem
