Good Evening MC-Market.

I believe that the forums should not Moderation Approval for replying to Scam Reports. At the moment, communication on Scam Reports are very ineffective due to this because it takes forever for the Administrative team to look at these replies. From my own personal experience, I posted a Reply to a Scam Report on Tuesday Night. It is now Thursday, and it still has not been approved. I still believe that Moderation Approval should occur when posting Scam Reports, but not for Replies. The victims of such scams need our assistance and ineffective communication will not help these victims in anyway.

Thanks for taking a look.

Regards

Chris

I do agree with this. I see no point in moderation approval.

Some say it's for ranting and disrespect, but what makes it different to any other thread? What could it possibly effect?

No.

I honestly only allow less than 1/4 of the posts through, you would be surprised some of the posts that are in the scam reports sub-forum. It's no fun for us either (since I'm apparently the only one who can do it, thanks XenForo..) - but it's really the best option, I'll get moderation done within a 48 hour period from now.

I understand the frustration of not getting your scam report accepted until like 1 month after but disabling the mod approval will mean people posting shit all over the sub-forum.
I said Moderation for making threads should still be in effect

Making threads isn't an issue, most threads go through.

You can setup per forum section permissions though.

Add a user to the mod group
Then go to the Node Tree
Select the node you want to edit "Scam Reports"
Go into the Moderators permissions for that node
Toggle the permission to not inherit from the mod group. (Which you have off, so that mods don't approve or deny posts in other sections.)
