Hi everyone, so as most of us know. Ever since Mc-Market moved the General Discussion section to the bottom of the homepage, it fell from being one of the most active sections on the forums to a near dead section. With that being said, what has become the new "norm" in this section seems to be users self-promoting. Whether it be their new services or their YouTube channels. Whatever the case may be, these advertisements are starting to clog the entire section up. Another fair point to keep in mind is the fact that most these threads get little to no attention. It's honestly annoying. We have limits to the amount of advertisements we can post in a certain amount of time in the shoutbox. We should do the same in discussion sections or ban advertising altogether.
