Hello there,

We want to stop using a forum software and we want to start using a web page, with discord login where players are able to complete some forms, for example: unban request, staff application, etc. and these applications to be stored on different notepad, for each application

Also, we want to be able to close the ability to complete a specific form, as our wish.

Budget: Not sure, it depends on how quick you want to work, and if you are able to create a nice design for webpage :)

Hi. I don't want a discord bot for applications. I want a webpage for application (because I no longer can afford to pay for invision services. Thanks
