Just letting you know, doing invite rewards / invite contests are against Discord TOS
No it isn't. The only thing that's against the rules is unsolicited dms where you dm people your server. And that would only get the person's account banned, nothing to do with the server.
There's nothing in Discord's TOS that says rewarding people for inviting others infringes upon it.
