Can't you just use something like DeluxeCommands or MyCommands to output a text?

Don't get any external plugins. Google essentials custom.txt, it's built-in to essentials and allows any message to be sent

There are command plugins where you can create commands that send messages.

What if he doesn't want to use essentials?

Unless he has an HCF server there's a very high chance he does use essentials.

Why use skript when you can use an actual plugin and there are tons readily available... java is so much more efficient

because I just made that in 2 seconds and it takes literally 0 effort to learn the basics.

Ive had the plugin made by 2 people which I vouched Tysm thread closed.

Just Extra Note: I find plugins a lot easier to use than scripts and its nice to not have essentials as a need for the server.
