Discord Setup

My discord DM's are a mess! I need some help with setting up a server for my commissions.

Here is what I want:

• On join there is some welcome text and an overview of the process and general terms for commissions. Nothing else is visible.
• The user clicks to agree or whatever and a single text channel is created and I receive an email, SMS or DM in Discord. The text channel is only visible to the user and myself (plus a manager role for the server).

That's it! No complex ticket systems or other salesy automation. I have a server made now with roles etc, but I need these two things set up.
