In the UK, the minimum wage rises based on your age. I’m not sure how the system works in other countries.
I was paid the minimum wage of the next age bracket up from me, as my Manager messed up my birth date when entering information into the system.

I hate to break it to everybody (that isn't already aware), but the biggest enterprise and server owners do not use MCM. Most people on this site do not make anything close to what they could make with a real job.
If you are old enough to have a real job and can easily get one, do not waste your time trying to get rich on this website. The success you are seeing is often embellished or just flat-out false. These people aren't pulling in $5k-$10k/month off a Minecraft forum.. I mean come on, use some common sense.
I recently quit my IRL job because with football during the week, it consumed my time on the weekends, and this being my last year of high school, I need more time with my family and more time to tour colleges I'm interested in. I'm a freelance manager and right now I make $0/week and $0/month off of the work I do for my employers (UHCRealms and TheArcade). I do it because I enjoy it and because I want to gain more experience. Sorry, but it's just ridiculous to even ask for payment for management services on here. This market is so saturated that now it's normal for server owners to pay people $20-$50/month for management services, when that's basically slave-wages.
Right now I just make money whenever I want to. It's high school and I am around a lot of rich kids (fortunate enough myself but I'm not just gifted money by my parents, I had to work) so I sell counterfeit items (shoes/clothes/accessories), selling carts/bud, getting alcohol for people ($10 with me/$20 I'll deliver), and reselling actual Supreme and authentic sneakers. I'll be fortunate enough to make ~$1.5k per month roughly, and that's without ever making a cent off MCM and without acting like I'm better than everybody on a blockgame forum.
tl;dr - These people probably work wage-paying jobs like everybody else. MCM is not a place to get rich. People often do work on here because they just enjoy it.
