Hello, my name is, Sosa. I’m looking a non-paid (or paid, I don't mind) position of server manager or community manager. I come with a lot of former staffing experience and knowledge of servers.

I've worked on a multitude of servers as a Staff Member. The servers that I've been staff on are; BouncyMC (Currently Shut Down), InsaneMC (Very successful, but later sold), and ToxicMC (Successful at the moment). Though either way, I've still been staff and have a lot of knowledge.
About me
My name is Jy. I'm a 13-year-old (nearly 14-year-old - 25th of August), though I'm very mature for my age. I live in Melbourne, Australia and I know that the time zone difference if bad sometimes, but in other times it's better! I've been playing games and moderating on servers for a very long time. From almost the start when I got Minecraft, I started to play more and more. I then got into staffing and started doing it a lot, applying from server to server, getting better at it as I progressed.
What am I Looking for?
I'm looking for a spot as a Community Manager on a server that has a player base of at least, 20+ that is going very well. This also includes it having a nice Donation Flow and little players leaving at a time.
Payments
I know this part is widely controverted, but if your server is above 100 people I'd like to talk about payments. This includes the player base boosting to 100 as well. If your server is under that, then I may/may not ask for much (Buycraft Vouchers).
What are my Capabilities?
I'm able to do:​

• Staffing, or Community Management (this includes things like Accepting/Denying Staff Applications, and managing Staff Members).​
• Make small buildings and adding detail to structures. I'm able to use WorldEdit and I know its capabilities. ​
• Commands, I'm great at Commands and I know all the basics​

Hello, my name is, Noodlesss. I’m looking a paid/non-paid position of server manager or community manager. ( Paying aspects of this will be told about later on ) I come with a lot of former staffing experience and knowledge.

I've worked on a multitude of servers as a Moderator. Being promoted from Helper to Moderator. The server where I've been promoted are: OP Sky Craft ( Shut Down ), InsaneMC ( Very successful, but later sold ), ToxicMC ( Successful at the moment ), and then PrimeMC, a server with the Player Base of 2000-3000 constantly on US Timezones. This server, also when I was staff, kept the place for 3-4 place in the best and most voted for servers until Mojang impacted Prime. ( Which Mojang impacted the most almost out of all servers ) so it lost many players and it's place ). I've also been staff on many other servers which I'm not allowed to say at the time. Though either way, I've still been staff and have a lot of knowledge.

My name is, Jonathan. I'm a 13-year-old, though I'm very mature for my age. I live in the state of Illinois in the United States Of America and am very active on computers overall. I've been playing games and moderating on servers for a very long time. From almost the start when I got Minecraft, I started to play more and more. I then got into staffing and started doing it a lot, applying from server to server. Getting better at it, and more promotions came from that.

What I'm looking for.

I'm looking for a spot as Manager in a server that has a player base of at least, 10+ that is striving and strong. This also includes it having a nice Donation Flow and little players leaving at a time. The talk about pay will get later in this thread.

Payments

Now, this part can get a bit tricky. If your server is above 40+ I'd like to talk about payments. This includes the player base boosting to 40 as well. If your server is under that, I may ask for a very small amount, or for that time none at all.


On the other hand for this, as I'm just starting as a manager for the second time. Payment isn't needed yet. Later on if I were to get better at it, I could ask for a donation/payment at that player base.

Me resigning/Leaving as a manager on your server.

If I'm needed to resigned or leave on the server I'm working on, I'll give a notice and deop myself if I'm opped. I'll ask for a small or bigger donation for leaving if I've been there for 1+ month and how big the server is.

What I can do.


I'm able to do, Staffing, Management among staff, player and and on a forum. Accept, deny, and make chat platforms for staff. Small building and detailing. Able to use World edit. And some skills with some commands.
