Can anyone teach me how to draw with a mouse well? Thanks

how to draw well with a mouse: draw something by hand, scan it in, and use the mouse to drag in the scanned picture into your photoshop. Then switch to a stylus and drawing pad (whatever its called).
Trust me I've been trying for several years
