Unfortunately we currently only have servers located in France. However if you decide to purchase a server now, we can transfer you over to a US location as soon as they become available at no extra cost.
We charge €4/GB RAM (just over $4) and dedicated IPs are available at an additional €3/month (just over $3).

We don't have an exact date yet, however we expect it will be within the coming months.
