About me:​

Hello! Im Elai, my IGN is CrazyRichMan. Im 12 years old, and I live in the USA. I have been playing minecraft since June of 2013, and I have been a premium member of MC market since yesterday xD.

Experience/What I can do: ​

In my life of minecraft, I have owned 3 servers, one never opened, and the other 2 had a player base of 100+. All are closed. I have been an admin on 3 servers, 2 time mod, 6 time helper. I resigned from 3 of them, I was fired from 2 of them, and the others closed for different reasons. I am good with world edit, and I understand how to run a server. Im not good at Development or site design. Im very good at managing applications and see how staff are handling situations and if they are abusing incase of a hiring or firing scenario. I am good at building.

Ban's/Hacks:​

I have Never hacked in my life, and nor I will. I have been banned from 1 server, and this was because of an incident where I bought a house and I forgot to pay it, and I got banned for scamming, I tried to appeal but I was already fourm banned. So that ban was an incident and was not purposely meant for. When I was new to Minecraft and made my first server, I got muted from Mineplex because I advertised my server. I didn't understand rules like that and I appealed after and got unmuted. So thats all my bans and mutes.

Availability:​

I am in the East Coast. So my time is EST. Im available about 5-6 hours a day on the weekdays. On the weekends about 10 hours a day. I may still be available on vacations. I am rarely grounded so I should be on alot.

What sets me aside from other 12 year olds?:
What sets me aside from other 12 year olds is maturity, concentration, and understanding important things. I like to listen, I believe that maturity is the most important thing to life. With my knowledge of staff, I am different because like my other friends, they don't care about a server they make that they want famous, when I make something, I spend my time, I make sure that the specific assignment is perfect in every way. A Lot of people think that 12 year olds don't deserve staff on servers, but seriously, age does not matter. If you were to choose a troll 18 year old, or a understanding 12 year old, there is a 50% chance they will choose the 18 year old. To me age does not matter and what matters is the commitment, understanding of a server and what you put into it to make it the best you can. You are not different because of your looks, your age, but I am different from the commitment I will put into the server I get hired to, then other 12 year olds that really don't give any damn about what goes on in that server.​

Dang I only remember one of the servers.

Okay. Why'd you get fired from the two servers?

One of them was my friends server when it was like July or August of 2013, we got into this argument at our friends birthday party and he fired me.
The second firing was because I was a Trial-Mod at this server. And one day I got promoted to Mod, I was demoted because I was so happy I kinda went crazy and started cussing. That was early 2014, so those were WAY long ago
