I am selling a plugin that improves ender pearls, cosmetically. It allows you to configure different particle trails for ender pearls, and strike lightning where the player teleports to. This lightning will not damage the player, catch fire or destroy items. It is purely for cosmetics.

Features:

• Display particle trails behind ender pearls!
• Strike players with safe lightning when they teleport!
• Permissions (Give to donators or special players)!
• Everything is configurable, from the particle speed, amount, type, etc!

Permissions (All players have them by default):

• enderindicator.lightning - The player will be struck with cosmetic lightning when they teleport, if it's enabled.
• enderindicator.particles - The player's ender pearls will be trailed with particles, if it's enabled.

Why? It's purely cosmetic which someone else could make easily I they saw it on your server, it's not exclusive at all.

EDIT: Also, it's purpose is to make it easier to chase players who run away from fights with ender pearls. A "better" way of nerfing them.

I'm sending packets on a low level, yeah. I don't believe that hearts or nether portal particles are available through the Bukkit API's methods.
