Enderpearl Glitch Fixer

Theres a glitch on my HCF server where if you pearl at a fencegate/iron bars/glass panes/any block which isn't a full block, it glitches you through WITH one pearl. Yes, I have an enderpearl cooldown (15 seconds), and I was wondering if anyone could make a plugin to fix this (maybe so like if you pearl it teleports you back 0.5 blocks)
