Enderverse - Requesting Co-Owner & Paid Positions

Hello! I've been working with a project for a few months called Enderverse, and I've decided to go with the route of it being a survival towny server, with as many RPG aspects as possible. The server will be mostly player driven, with there not being any admin economy introduced, apart from crates, and the donation store. I have a very large budget to make this server happen. My current issue is that I need some great minds to work with to make this project possible, which is why I'm running this recruitment.

As of now, I have a website theme done, logo done, spawn done, and most essentials plugins bought.

Some of the positions will be paid, some will not be paid. The ranks highlighted in green will be paid, however, builder will be on a project by project basis.

- My right hand person to work with closely on configuring the server, recruiting staff, and coming up with ideas.

Currently I'm not working until December. With that being said, I want to take a solid month, maybe a little more of work on the server, before it is ready to release. I'll be able to give a more definitive answer once I sit down with my right hand person and go over what all needs to be done. I'm not at all looking for this to be a rushed project, I want it to be at the upmost quality.

The budget is more than adequate for this server type. Mostly everything money wise has been planned out - There is a steady source of income flowing. So there will be no issue of the server not being completed due to lack of funds.
