players can't set a home in water/air/slab/lava, they have a "Unsafe location" message. Same thing if they already have a home in water/air/slab/lava, they can't teleport to it and get a "Unsafe location" message, i need it to let them teleport but not into a safe location therefore teleporting them back to there dangerous spot instead of not allowing them
it's just a setting in the essentials config.
It's one of these two:
teleport-safety: true
force-disable-teleport-safety: true
Just set them both to true and it should be fixed.
