The current established servers seems messy and some people only want a certain game mode. Same concept as semi-ogs, capes, ogs etc.

suggested categories:
- survival
- factions
- skyblock
- hcf
Etc

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

What do you suggest that server owners with servers that fit into multiple categories do?

I'm just going to say it... It will clutter up the forums why do we need a different category for each server type because it will eventually will come to bedwars ect...

Forum categories are for things which can be divided. When servers can easily fit into multiple categories, you know that splitting them that way is the wrong choice.

We have a filtering system in our development queue which will allow thread creators to specify details for their product/service on a per-forum basis, and those looking for threads will be able to specify the parameters for the threads that they’re looking to see.
Introducing these gamemodes as details to be used in the filter feature’s data set in the servers category would be a much better idea, since it would allow thread creators to select multiple gamemodes, and would allow thread viewers to look at servers which include multiple gamemodes, at the same time.

Perhaps a secondary tag? So you have [Buying] [Selling] and then the other gamemodes suggested here.

It would still put everything in a centralized location, and the thread maker can opt out of using it, but it will allow for a buyer to view the list specifically by clicking on the tag.
The filtering system I’ve just described will be replacing tags. It’s a much more comprehensive and useful system.
Moreover, you can only click on and show threads with one tag at a time. If you did this, you’d be showing all buying and selling threads, even if you’re only looking for one or the other. Tags are insufficient.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion
