I decided to ask a question among people who have a similar lifestyle to mine.

So I am a novice site designer and spend a lot of time working, successes are not so little and it certainly worries me. But most of all I am worried that because of their worries, I can not sleep, and it's some kind of vicious circle, and the fact that I do not sleep worsens my performance. Who has also experienced such problems? It is mostly want to know about intrusive thoughts before going to sleep . I think this is a very interesting topic, it will be interesting to communicate :)

I have about the same problem, it's just a good idea to calm down before you go to sleep. Maybe meditation would help, or maybe just listening to some quiet music that will clear your mind. A lot of people think that working at a computer is something easy, but I can tell you definitely that it is the computer job that is very mentally challenging, even though it is physically easy, but that doesn't change the fact that you can just get mentally burned out while you are making that money. It definitely affects sleep.

Yo dude, almost every other person here has trouble sleeping and no one is complaining. In fact, I don't think any of the people who sit here know how to sleep easily and quickly. My answer to you is that no computer guy can make much if he has a sleep schedule.

It's a job that requires a flexible schedule, and you should just get used to it.

I completely agree with you, because if you have free time, you often simply spend it in the wrong way. And I can tell you exactly what it is. More often than not, you just fall asleep in the morning, because you wanted to make the most of your free time. But it sounds like the person who asked this question really does have some kind of problem, since he's trying to solve it, but he can't.

Personally, I don't feel as if i have trouble sleeping but when i get deep into my work... i have trouble walking away and making the decision to go to sleep. I find myself stuck between sleep or getting in a few more lines of code. Its unhealthy when i look at the clock and its 3am and my partner and children are sleeping but at the end of the day.... what ya gonna do.

I find that turning it off 1 hour before sleep helps, and even if you just chill on your phone after, simply putting on a blue light blocker (or completely greyscale) works well.
