Requirements:

• Must be able to sign an NDA
• Must be able to effectively produce iOS and/or Android apps
• Must be able to package specific libraries that interface with the user's OS (Android and/or iOS)
  
• Must be able to effectively use git and create documentation, including flowcharts if requested
• Must have a rather open schedule so there is no issue with delivering on this rather quickly
• Understanding of basic networking highly desirable.

No budget set at the moment, this is for a UK-registered company. Interested in getting a few quotes.

What is this for? What engine is expected to be used? (For example, if you're making a game in Unity. That is quite different than knowledge of how to make Android/IOS apps since Unity does it for you and you just need to learn C#)

Bunch of API calls, displaying it on the screen, then integration with some networking components.

Although recommend www.upwork.com they have talented developers,
that can help you solve this problem you are facing or wanting to achieve.
