Paying commission based currently, we will be hiring part-time developer later on. No degree/anything "professional" is needed, don't let the description scare you.

Pay will be discussed privately.

I don't want your shit development shops, I want good programmers who actually know they're stuff with Java.

Please email me a cover letter, resume/portfolio, and answering the question what makes you better than other developers? OR Adding me on skype ready to present a resume/portfolio, being able to answer the question asked above, and ready to do a text or voice interview.

You need to give us some idea of your budget, even if it is only a rough estimate.

I'm willing to work with what others want for a payment. It's how job applications generally go, then we can negotiate. Around 2k if you really need to know.
2k. Thanks, GL finding someone, hope it goes well for you.

lmfao you seriously just copied your job description from a website?

great way to get people to take you seriously man. I'm sure whoever you hire will really be taking advantage of workarounds to the JVM and making sure they create a scalable Minecraft plugin with good concurrency patterns
